1) - Minimum 15 years experience in large organization/corporate sector as head of section/senior position.

2) - He will be responsible to formulate a Human Resource Philosophy that will govern the company’s action with respect to Human Resource Management and make provision of the necessary HR Systems, Structures and Practices contribution towards achievement of the organizational goals.
